This Dumbledore quote is important “Happiness can be found even in the darkest of time, when one only remembers to turn on the light.” This is important because happiness can be found in everyone but it matters who shows it. This proves it’s important because it’s good to be a leader so people look forward to you. Finally, this quote is memorable because it’s good to take a chance at showing happiness even if no one is showing it. This is proven because if you do it, it could make a chain reaction.

Martin Luther King is special because he gave us the day off of school. This is important because I had a lacrosse tournament last weekend and I was tired and didn’t want to go to school Monday. Also, He’s special because he stood up for himself even though people hated him because he was black, which is wrong because you shouldn’t judge people by their skin color. Finally, He’s memorable because of his braveness, this is because if he didn’t walk up to the stage and say I have a dream, then black people would have had less rights then us. As you can see, Martin Luther King is a very special, memorable, heroic, brave person.

In December I read a book called shark Bait by Justin D’ath. Sam is on vacation at the Great Barrier Reef when he and a young Japanese tourist are swept off a coral shelf by a huge powering wave over 20 feet tall. Before they know it, a super strong and deadly current pushed them out into the open, dark water. Sam must fight to keep himself and his new friend from drowning. Then as the night swiftly falls over the inky black ocean, the fearless blood curdling underwater predators start moving in.

I recommend reading this book because it’s very quick paced which means there is lots of suspense. This book also makes the reader highly involved which means lots of conflicts and drama. Finally, this book keeps the reader biting their nails which leaves the reader on a cliff hanger making them always want to read more.

My favorite character is Sam. This is because he always barely makes it out of intense and deadly situations. He’s also my favorite character because he’s smart. He proves this on page 88/89, “ I gave the huge deadly bird a sip of water from the bowl before I got a sip even though I was dying of thirst. This proves he’s intelligent because taking a sip of water before giving the bird some would make Sam dead meat The bird would have attacked him because it was originally the birds water. Finally, he’s brave. on page 14-15 this is proven. “I didn’t move a muscle when a shark swam right by me.” This demonstrates that he’s brave because if a shark swam by me, I would be panicking, and I would be frantic to go swim to the top of the surface right away.

My favorite quote is on page 42. “I had to be hopeful to Michi or he will drown.” This is my favorite quote because it shows leadership when he had to step up and make Michi believe in himself so he wouldn’t die. Finally this is my favorite quote because it shows compassion and courage. This is proven because Sam makes himself and Michi think that they’re indestructible so they don’t think about death or drowning.

My word of intention for 2024 is Mullah/money!

I want to be able to earn money this year so I’m able to buy stuff for myself like a mousepad and get games and gift cards for my game. Also I want to try to earn money so I can put it in my savings or retirement fund so if I want to buy a car I won’t have to worry much about the money. Another thing I want to do things for money so for Christmas or for a birthday my parents won’t have to pay for it. Finally, I want to have money so I can go out to the movies or go out and watch a college or professional team play (like the LA Rams, Angles, or Lakers).

If I was principal for one day I would do many things. One thing I would do is order Chick-fil-A and in and out for me and my friends. This is because I love Chick-fil-A. Another thing I would do is make my friends have a free-day, for example like a tutorial for the whole day.this is so people can work on what they need to for the whole day. Another thing is make the day it is a late start so people don’t rush to school. Also, I would make lunch be extended by 30 minutes. Finally, I would have the hot lunch people make pizza for hot lunch with a slushee.

This month (November) I read the book Scorpion STING by Justin D’ath. This book commences with a variety of deadly, blood curdling obstacles that they (sam and joey, joey is a baby Kangaroo) will have to face in order to survive this deadly dessert. All that they have is a non-working vehicle and some water and little amounts of food to survive.

I recommend reading this book because it’s about having to survive deadly scorpions, fearless dingoes, strong men armed with guns and snipers, and many more. Also, you should read about this book because its about surviving in the scorching hot desert with no food in the day, and freezing temperatures in the night with predators on the left and right of you. Finally, you should read this book because it gives you helpful tips on what to do stranded in the desert all alone.

My favorite character is Sam. This is because he is compassion. This is proven on page 38, “I decided to help my friend even though it was a more dangerous option.” This explains he’s a trustworthy friend. Also, he’s brave. On page 48-49 it proves this trait, “My only choice was standing up against the dingoes, even though there were 10 of them and 1 of me.” This proves he’s brave because most people would have ran off when more than 7 dingoes are after them. Finally, he’s my favorite character because he’s courageous. On page 53, it’s demonstrated, “then I hear a Bang! Bang! Bang! I hurriedly leapt into the spiky thorn bushes.” This demonstrates this trait because most people wouldn’t have enough courage to hide in a spiky thorn bush after hearing gun shots.

My favorite quote is on page 53. “If fourteen year olds had heart attacks, I probably would have dropped dead right there and then. Instead, my heart went into hyperdrive, my body switched over to autopilot and adrenaline kicked in. I hurled myself sideways. And not a second too soon. As the little pink light went skidding off the edge of my khaki shirt, the deafening crack-crack-crack of automatic gunfire shattered the silence of the desert night.” One reason I picked this quote is it admires me/the readers to know your surroundings. Also, this quote inspires me to be very descriptive in your writing because its worth getting mentioned and recognized. Finally, this quote proves to never give up because if Sam gave up he would’ve gotten killed by scorpions, or killed by dingoes, or gotten shot! This proves you should never give up in hard times, keep on going/trying.

This picture is inspirational. This is because otters are so cute. This proves it’s inspirational because when I see Otters it makes me in a better/happy mood. Also, it’s showing that the mom and Son are playing together. This also demonstrates that Otters are very playful and would make a great pet in my opinion. Finally, Otters are very vocal so it would be amazing to listen and know what they’re saying when they make the deep sounds.

I have three thank yous. One thing I’m thankful for is caring parents. Im so glad I have caring and loving parents because my parents put us (me and my brother) first before themselves. This is also because some people don’t get a chance to see both or either of their parents. Im also thankful for my house I live in. This is because without my house I wouldn’t have a bed, good health, and I wouldn’t smell good and if we (my family and I) said we were homeless, people would judge us badly and it would b e hard to get jobs and friends. Finally, I’m thankful for my friends. This is because if I hurt myself or if I feel down, my friends are there to help me up, cheer me up, make me laugh, and brighten my mood up to make me feel better. As you can see, I’m very thankful and great full.

A genie has granted me three wishes! One thing i would wish for is one hundred billion dollars. This is because I could take my family on vacation to see my aunts and grandparents. I would also wish for a teleported pad that can teleport me and my family to anywhere I want. This is because I could visit people/my family members and it would only take 2 seconds rather than 7 hour drives. Finally i would wish for California getting a foot deep or deeper in snow in winter every year. As you can see, my wishes are reasonable and fun!

This month I read the book called MAN-EATER by Justin D’ath. This story is about a 14 year old journalist exploring Africa. He was on a bus to Africa when they made their stop to explore the wilderness, he had to use the restroom and they left without him. After awhile by himself, a snake sneaked up on him and sprayed venom in his right eye. Awhile later hyenas see him and start chasing after him forcing him to cross a river full of hippos and crocodiles. He barely makes it alive with his right eye puffed up aching, blurry, and barely able to see out of. Then people save him and they healed his right eye. They then walk to the nearest village for help when a leopard starts chasing them and they climb up a tree and cross a valley. Then the leopard looses track of them and they see a car and they try to find out how to start the car, and they look for the keys. Finally, they find the keys and drive off and see a road and follow it to a valley for safety.

I recommend reading this book because it’s about adventure and having to survive a week in Africa without any water, food, shelter, or medical help. Also, the book can help you know what to do if your stranded in Africa.

My favorite character is Sam. This is because he is a great leader. He also is great at problem solving so it would be great if i was stranded with him. One of his character traits would be brave. A quote that proves this is “It was either I got chased and died by hyenas and elephants, or it was that I would cross the river full of hungry hippos and crocodiles” “I decided to cross the river, even if it meant I could get swallowed whole by a crocodile or a hippo.”-(Pg:34). This quote proves Sam is brave because he is crossing a river full of hungry animals that could swallow him whole. For this reason, Sam is full of bravery and my favorite character.

My favorite quote from the MAN-EATER is, “I would never give up, even if it meant I’d suffer during it.”-(Pg:45). “I wouldn’t still be alive if I had given up.”-(Pg:52). This is my favorite quote because it inspires me to be brave even if it’s challenging or taking a risk because it could end up being a better result/being better in the long run. For this reason, this is my favorite quote because it inspires me to do hard things.
